In an unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase you may do so for full refund less shipping and handling and less buyer’s premium ( if applicable). To return an item, you must first receive an RMA number from our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Our Customer Service department can be reached at 678-518-5911, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST, or RMA@shopavc.com. Items must be received by AVC within 7 days from receiving an RMA number. Item must be returned in original condition with tags attached and certificates unless purchased separately. Items are not returnable if tags are removed. Certificates and appraisals not returned with the merchandise are chargeable to the full amount and to be paid by the customer. RMA number must be written on the outside of the package or package will be refused. All gemstones are enhanced unless specified. You are responsible for insuring any returned items. All custom work orders (Sizing and Mounting) are sold on an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" basis and are Non-refundable. Once merchandise is received it may take up to two billing cycles before your credit appears on your credit card statement. RMA’s not necessarily guarantee refunds as all refunds will be processed only after thorough inspection of the merchandise by our gemologists to verify its originality.
