Placing An Order
Ordering from our store is fun and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the store until you find the product you want to purchase.
2.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button located below the
product price.
3.
You will then be directed to the Shopping Cart. Review the products in your Shopping
Cart. To continue shopping, click on the "Continue
Shopping"
button. If you are ready to purchase your products, simply click the "Checkout"
button.
4.
Fill in your shipping address. Check the box next to "My billing
address is the same" if the address you want the item to be shipped to
is
the same as your credit card billing address. If your billing address is different
than your shipping address, you will then be asked to
enter your billing address
for the credit card which you will use to purchase the item.
5.
Choose a shipping method. The cost of the shipping method that you choose will be
added to your order summary.
6.
Review your shipping address, shipping method and order summary. Then click on "checkout" to proceed to your payment method.
7.
Please fill out your credit card information and click "Submit".
Your credit card will be verified immediately. If the payment method results in
an error, please re-enter your credit card information or use a different card.
8. Review your confirmation page. You can print this page for your records.

Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please
be sure to verify your billing and credit card information on the Checkout page
when you make a purchase. Your billing and credit card information should match
the information found on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may delay
your order.
Returning An Item
Before returning an item, please read our Return Policy below to verify that your
item is returnable. If you have any questions about the return policy of an item,
please call us at 678-518-5911 or email us at returns@shopavc.com.
For All Products
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. To return items that you purchased,
call our customer service line at 678-518-5911 or email us at. Be sure to give
us your order number and contact information to ensure that this request is processed
immediately. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a Return Authorization
Number within 24 hours. Once you receive the Return Authorization, you can send
the package back to the shipping address indicated on the box, Attention: localhost:2814 Returns. Be sure to reference the Return Authorization Number on the box.
If you received a defected item, immediately call the customer service number or
email us and let us know that the item is defected. You will need to return the
item to receive a refund or to exchange the product. Please note that all products
returned must contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals,
blank warranty cards, certificates, ratings and other accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer
Canceling Your Order
To cancel an order that you have placed with our store, you must first make sure
that your item has not been shipped by calling us at 678-518-5911.
If your order has not been shipped, submit a cancellation request over the phone,
or email us at cancellations@shopavc.com. You will receive an email confirming
the cancellation. If your item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
Shipping and Delivery Options
The shipping prices will vary according to the size and weight of the item or items
being sent. We will automatically calculate the shipping costs upon Checkout.
To ensure that you will receive your items in the timeframe you requested, we will
often ship your items from multiple locations. Once the items have been shipped,
you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number(s) to track your order.
The following are the shipping methods available
Ground Shipping: Items shipped via ground will arrive within three to seven business
days after the order has been processed.
Two Day Shipping: Items will arrive within two business
days after the order has been processed.
Next Day Shipping: Items will arrive within one business
day after the order has been processed.
**Private couriers may not service certain locations in the U.S.; in these rare
cases, local freight services may be used.**
Shipping Delays
If an order is delayed or backordered, you will immediately receive an email notification.
